Marquette HS Bridge Replacement
The removal/replacement of the entrance bridge to Marquette High School which crosses over a protected waterway required special attention. The challenge was to remove the bridge without getting any demolition debris in the creek. We utilized some of the best contractors in the area and with an “out of the box” approach it completed the project on time and on budget.
Babler Elementary Parking Lot Renovation
This Project included over two areas of parking lot removal, playground drainage upgrades and 3 new entrances to the school.
The project was completed under budget. We were successfully able to return $20,000.00 in project costs back to the school district because we came up with value engineering that saved the project money!
Whitfield HS - Garden Connector Entrance
A new entrance was added to the south side of Whitfield High School. The new entrance had a design-build garden on the exterior and a new 40’ wide storefront glass wall to carry the garden “in” to the building. We cut and removed a 40’ X 40’ section of the second floor and installed an auditorium style entrance inside of the school.
Lafayette High School
Complete removal and replacement of the high school parking lot. This project had a very tight schedule with over 375,000 SF of remediation in just 75 days.
Eureka HS Ballfield Backstops
Installation of Backstops at Eureka High School.
Eureka HS Weight Room Floor Reno
Removal of existing weight room flooring. Repair of existing concrete flooring and installation of new padded flooring throughout.
